7. Ensure proper client relationship & feedback. Working on leads received from growth manager.
8. Encourage repeat business by networking with existing customers.
9. Should be able to handle the situations, adherence to company policies and assisting in the sales presentation, directly reporting to CEO.
10. Should be ready to take up target-oriented job and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Creative Designer

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Understanding client requirement and concepts.
2. Implement Style, Shading art and other highlights to design.
3. Assisting CMO for designing trends and techniques.
4. Taking up team challenges, coaching, mentoring, guidance and proper feedback.
5. Initiative in company procedures.
6. Should be able to provide technical support to finished products or engineering services.
7. Strong communicator visually, detail oriented and should be able to meet deadlines.
8. Coming up with brainstorming & mocking up design ideas.
9. Working with other team members to execute the product or project.
10. Should be technology proficient.

Skill Set Required

Executive – Content R&D

Requirement & Responsibilities

1. Should be able to work independently and develop content about latest trends related to our products/create interest for customers and answer any of their questions possibly converting them into customer.
2. Should have a deep understanding of what motivates customers online
3. Directly reporting to CEO
4. Apply creative thinking, analysis and good judgement to propose innovative solutions to social/technical problems
5. 5. Has to prepare case studies/success stories/ articles/whitepapers/eBooks stories to help sales and marketing team and give a better view to prospects
6. Create, write and manage user documentation for company products
7. Intellectual so that can ably promote ideas by logical discussions and best solutions through writings
8. Quick learner, ability to quickly catch things with little guidance and support
9. Should have good value system and technology efficient
10. Should be able to handle the situations, coordinating with team, adherence to company policies and assisting in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Ensure that all incoming emails and calls are replied to in a prompt fashion and with pertinent information
2. Prepare proposals for new and existing customers with specific to their requirement.
3. Contract bookings and assist team in the execution of sales processes
4. Lead generation and qualify leads through intellect conversion/communication.
5. Contact customers, make appointments and relay information to Growth Manager.
6. Maintain lead records in CRM and prepare sales activity reports
7. Should be able to socially connect with CXOs’ and trigger conversation with them.
8. Encourage repeat business by networking with existing customers
9. Should be able to handle the situations, coordinating with team, adherence to company policies and assisting in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
10. Should be able to deal with the lead independently till it gets ready for sales or become sales qualified.
11. Able to work with given targets and accomplishment within time.
